Jawatan guru lepasan diploma wajar dapat pengesahan segera

PENGESAHAN dalam perjawatan dalam apa saja jenis pekerjaan amat penting kepada setiap pekerja bagi memastikan mereka menikmati faedah ditetapkan. Seseorang pekerja tidak layak menikmati kemudahan disediakan termasuk kenaikan gaji, jika tidak disahkan dalam jawatan yang disandang. Malah mereka boleh dibuang kerja jika tidak disahkan jawatan dalam tempoh waktu tertentu. Itulah keadaan yang menimpa 24,000 guru lulusan diploma yang ‘tersangkut’ gara-gara tidak dipanggil mengikuti kursus induksi yang menjadi prasyarat untuk mereka disahkan jawatan masing-masing.

Kita amat simpati dengan apa yang berlaku terhadap guru berkenaan. Bagaimanapun dengan jaminan yang diberikan Timbalan Menteri Pelajaran, Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi, kelmarin untuk menyelesaikan isu berkenaan secara berperingkat, kita pasti ia memberi sedikit kelegaan kepada guru terbabit. Kementerian berjanji akan menyelesaikan isu itu dengan kumpulan pertama 5,000 guru terlebih dulu dipanggil mengikuti kursus induksi. Semua guru terbabit dalam gred DGA29 sepatutnya menjalani kursus induksi perguruan 14 hari bagi membolehkan jawatan mereka disahkan, seterusnya menikmati kemudahan yang disediakan. Namun sehingga kini mereka belum dipanggil untuk menjalani kursus berkenaan.
Jika pengesahan jawatan lewat dilakukan, ia sama sekali akan menyekat kenaikan gaji tahunan, peluang kenaikan pangkat serta menjejaskan kekananan guru berkenaan. Mereka juga akan mengalami kelewatan memasuki skim pencen, selain terpaksa menunggu lama untuk mendapat kelayakan membuat pinjaman perumahan, malah ada bank yang tidak meluluskan permohonan pinjaman mereka semata-mata tidak disahkan dalam perjawatan. Persoalannya, apakah masalah sebenar yang berlaku sehingga mereka tidak dipanggil menduduki kursus induksi yang menjadi satu daripada prasyarat untuk disahkan jawatan.
Kebiasaannya kursus induksi diadakan selepas dua tahun mereka menamatkan kursus diploma perguruan. Apakah kerana peruntukan tidak mencukupi atau langkah berjimat cermat Kementerian Pelajaran? Inilah persoalan perlu ditangani pihak kementerian. Paling membimbangkan keadaan itu akan menjejaskan moral guru terbabit untuk meneruskan tugas mendidik anak bangsa serta memberi kesan negatif lain seperti kekangan kewangan dan tekanan hidup.

Ketika isu beban tugas guru belum dapat diselesaikan sepenuhnya, kini timbul pula masalah lain yang memerlukan penyelesaian segera. Kita bimbang rasa tidak puas hati itu akan memberi ruang kepada pihak tertentu menjadikannya sebagai isu menghentam kerajaan demi kepentingan politik mereka. Ketika ini, ada 360,000 guru yang bertugas di seluruh negara, walaupun guru terbabit hanya peratusan kecil, ia tidak boleh dipandang ringan kerana ia adalah periuk nasi mereka. Kementerian Pelajaran perlu menanganinya segera kerana jika tidak, bilangannya akan bertambah ramai dan menjadikan isu ini semakin rumit untuk diselesaikan.

Komitmen diberikan kementerian menyelesaikan masalah ini sudah pasti amat dihargai guru terbabit. Ia juga dapat memastikan kumpulan guru berkenaan dapat disahkan jawatan dan memperoleh keistimewaan lain dalam tempoh sepatutnya.

Rumahku syurgaku

cantiknye rumah ni....hehehe....rumah sapa la ni...

ni la rumah kediaman ku....dibina pada november 2008 dan siap dibina pada bulan march 2009.

wahhh gah sungguh rumah ni kan... terletak di parit yaani....yang beralamat JPY15 lot 5031,jalan parit yaani,yong peng, Johor darul takzim.

beruang dan 2 orang sahabat

Dua orang berjalan mengembara bersama-sama melalui sebuah hutan yang lebat. Saat itu tiba-tiba seekor beruang yang sangat besar keluar dari semak-semak di dekat mereka.

Salah satu pengembara, hanya memikirkan keselamatannya dan tidak menghiraukan temannya, memanjat ke sebuah pohon yang berada dekat dengannya.

Pengembara yang lain, merasa tidak dapat melawan beruang yang sangat besar itu sendirian, melemparkan dirinya ke tanah dan berbaring diam-diam, seolah-olah dia telah meninggal. Dia sering mendengar bahwa beruang tidak akan menyentuh hewan atau orang yang telah meninggal.

Temannya yang berada di pohon tidak berbuat apa-apa untuk menolong temannya yang berbaring. Entah hal ini benar atau tidak, beruang itu sejenak mengendus-endus di dekat kepalanya, dan kelihatannya puas bahwa korbannya telah meninggal, beruang tersebutpun berjalan pergi.

Pengembara yang berada di atas pohon kemudian turun dari persembunyiannya.

"Kelihatannya seolah-olah beruang itu membisikkan sesuatu di telingamu," katanya. "Apa yang di katakan oleh beruang itu"

"Beruang itu berkata," kata pengembara yang berbaring tadi, "Tidak bijaksana berjalan bersama-sama dan berteman dengan seseorang yang membiarkan dan tidak menghiraukan temannya yang berada dalam bahaya."

Dalam pertemuan kita pada hari ini.saya ingin menceritakan bagaimana seorang insan dapat menyelesaikan masalah dengan cara penipuan. Seorang penipu mampu meloloskan diri daripada masalah dialami. Walaubagaimanpun,dia hanya dapat menipu orang lain tetapi bukan dirinya sendiri. Macamana ini boleh terjadi? Sebagai seorang manusia kita tidak dapat lari dengan masalah.semakin kita hindar semakin banyak masalah yang datang.cara yang terbaik adalah dengan mencari jalan penyelesaian masalah tersebut. Bukan dengan cara menipu atau mengelak. Menipu bukan cara yang terbaik. Ia hanya membuatkan seseorang itu semakin sengsara.semakin banyak menipu semakin baynak masalah yang menjadi tekanan dalam hidup. Tidak semestinya kita perlu mendapatkan perhatian dengan cara menipu..orang di sekeliling hanya memandang rendah sekiranya tahu siapa diri kita yang sebenarnya. Ramai orang boleh menipu sesama sendiri tetapi tidak pada diri sendiri.contohnya seseorang itu ingin menyatakan hasrat dirinya untuk memikat seseorang.kerana statusnya yang miskin,dia tela menggunakan helah bahawa dirinya mempunayai status yang tinggi untuk mendapatkan perhatian.malang nya dengan penipuan tersebut tidak dapat di kekal lama kerana untuk berlakon mempunyai wang yang banyak bukannya mudah. Lain pula ceritanya jika seorang yang kaya mengubah statusnya kepada sederhana.dengan cara itu dia boleh berjimat.
